Dockside Brisbane

Our room and the view was quite lovely. The room was spacious with everything we needed. Checkin was easy and the staff were lovely and the free ferry was quite close and that was terrific as we were able to get around quite easily. Also, some very nice walks along the river.

Very well situated. Everything went well from reception to parking. The ‘kitty cat’ ferry leaves from outside - free service; and has many stops along the river. We booked a 2 bedroom suite that had everything you would need for a stay. It was clean, modern and quiet. The balcony overlooked the river. Parking was very reasonable, undercover and secure. The gentleman on the desk when we arrived was extremely helpful and informed us of places to eat, provided the ferry timetable as well the usual briefing on departure procedures. The Dockside was everything we had hoped for and will be our go to destination for Brisbane stays.

They were very accommodating. We arrived late in the hotel due to the terrible weather plus my kid was unwell. They have still assisted us even if it was already around 8pm and it was at no cost! They have promptly changed our bed sheets because my son has made a mess on the bed and they made it very neatly. Thank you to that lady from the housekeeping and her companion - the bed was very neat and tidy. Thank you to her for giving us spare towels and extra laundry and dishwashing liquid. Thank you to the lady that has assisted us during our check in - she waited patiently until we arrived. Thank you to the reception guy this morning who gave us an extra hour to stay in the room as my son was unwell. Thank you to Dockside Hotel team. Keep up the good team work! To that housekeeping lady who has assisted us during our stay - SHE DESERVES A PROMOTION, A BONUS, A RECOGNITION. We will definitely come back!

We attended for our daughters wedding in Brisbane and booked 3 rooms in total for our needs. Each room was clean, tidy and had everything we needed. Our stay was seamless, Mark at check in could not have been more helpful and welcoming, we had a additional people attending for hair makeup, flower deliveries etc and nothing was a problem. The views were sensational! Thankyou! We will stay again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Check-in is fast and efficient. Parking is available and easy to access. The apartment has been recently modernised and is well furnished and the kitchen well appointed for self catering. The washer and drier are really useful when staying a little longer. The views of the Brisbane River are stunning, especially all lit up at night time. There is a nice balcony to sit and have a coffee or drink and watch the world go by. Despite being in the City precinct, the area is remarkably quiet and peaceful. There are several dinner options within walking distance plus a convenience store and bottle shop 50m from the entrance. The beds are comfy and lots of pillow options to suit personal preferences.
